END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (the “Licensee,” whether an individual or an entity on whose behalf you are acting) and Unitypeface (“Licensor”) for the use of the Font(s) purchased through our website. By ticking the box “Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and EULA” during checkout and completing the purchase of the Font(s) from https://unitypeface.com/ (the “Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Please read this Agreement in full before proceeding with your purchase.

For custom licensing inquiries or special agreements outside the scope of this EULA, please contact us via the Contact Page.

1. License Grant.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use the Font(s) according to the licensing tier selected (Standard, Business, or Enterprise). The scope of your usage rights is as detailed on the product page during the purchase process. Any usage beyond the scope of the purchased license requires written permission from the Licensor and may be subject to a separate agreement.

2. Font Copies.

You may provide a digitized copy of the Font(s) to authorized third parties (such as agencies, commercial printers, service providers, or hosting servers) solely for use in relation to your project. Upon project completion or termination, you must ensure that the third party deletes or erases the Font(s) copy.

You are responsible for:

  • Protecting the Font data.
  • Preventing any unauthorized or unlicensed copies from being made.
  • Ensuring that any server, hosting platform, or network use of the Font(s) complies with the terms of your purchased license.
  • Prohibiting unauthorized access to the Font(s).

3. License Transfer.

The Font(s) license is non-transferable. You may not sell, distribute, lend, rent, donate, share, or otherwise assign the Font(s) to another person or entity. Unauthorized duplication of the Font(s) is strictly prohibited, except as expressly permitted in this EULA.

You may create backup copies of the Font(s) for archival purposes only, provided these copies are kept under your exclusive control.

4. Contour Modification

You are permitted to modify the contours of the Font(s), including adding, removing, or adjusting nodes, as well as altering spacing, scaling, or rotation, for use within design software as part of a personal or business project. These modifications are strictly for your use within the scope of your purchased license.

You may not create or distribute a new typeface or derivative font based on these modifications, either now or in the future.

5. Font Modification.

You are strictly prohibited from creating, renaming, modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise altering the Font(s) in any way that results in the creation of a new typeface or derivative font without prior written consent from the Licensor.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property.

All rights, title, and interest in the Font(s), including all intellectual property rights, belong solely to the Licensor. The Font(s) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your license purchase provides usage rights, not ownership.

All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the Licensor.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.

The Font(s) are provided “as is” without warranty. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising from the use or inability to use the Font(s).

6. Refund Policy.

Due to the digital nature of the Font(s), refunds are not available once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Amendments to the Agreement.

The Licensor reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Any changes shall apply only to licenses purchased after the updated terms go into effect and will not apply retroactively. Continued use of the Font(s) after the EULA is updated constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms

8. Governing Law and Disputes.

This EULA is governed by Indonesian law. Disputes shall be adjudicated in Sleman, Indonesia. For international users, mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived will be honored where they conflict with Indonesian law.
