Our system will automatically create a personal account linked to the provided billing details for license management and record-keeping purposes. There is no need to manually register an account. Access credentials will be provided upon purchase.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and ensuring its confidentiality.
2. License Tiers and Usage Rights.
Upon purchasing a font, you will select a licensing tier (Standard, Business, or Enterprise) according to your project and usage requirements.
The specific rights and limitations of each license tier are presented during the purchasing process and are confirmed in your personalized EULA, generated upon purchase.
Any usage of the fonts outside the scope of the selected license is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Unitypeface in writing.
3. Licensing Agreement.
Every purchase is subject to the terms outlined both in these TNC and in the End User License Agreement (EULA) accompanying your purchase.
By ticking the “Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and EULA” box during checkout, you affirm your agreement to the conditions set forth in these TNC and the EULA.
4. Intellectual Property.
All content on this site, including but not limited to Logo, images, and text, is the property of Unitypeface and protected by international copyright laws
All fonts available on Unitypeface are copyrighted and remain the exclusive property of Unitypeface.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights as per the selected licensing tier but does not convey ownership of the font(s).
5. Refund Policy.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final, and refunds are not available, except where required by applicable laws.

6. Website Use Restrictions.
You may not use the website for any unlawful purposes or in any manner that violates these Terms and Conditions.
